- Conduct customer testing and research to ensure solutions meet real needs.
- Analyse findings and make evidence-based recommendations for scaling, pivoting, or stopping initiatives.
- Collaborate with the Senior Innovation Manager and Innovation Lead to ensure alignment with overall innovation strategy.
- Maximise a technology stack to ensure all opportunities are being considered.
- Support a culture of learning, experimentation, and collaboration within the team and broader organisation.

- 3+ years experience working in innovation, product development, customer experience, strategy, or design.
- Strong working knowledge of innovation methods including design thinking, agile experimentation, and service design.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and shape early-stage ideas into structured initiatives.
- Skilled in workshop facilitation, ideation, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Experience conducting or supporting customer research and insight gathering.
- Proven track record in delivering digital projects.
- Comfortable prototyping and testing new ideas at pace.
