What is the Role:
We are hiring a Digital Content Developer, based in Central Park, Dublin 18, within the Customer Contacts – Data & Analytics team.
This role is central to delivering our digital engagement strategy, supporting the expansion of personalised, data‑driven customer interactions across a growing set of digital platforms.
You will collaborate closely with campaign managers, analysts, and product owners to design and optimise responsive, accessible, and strategically aligned content for AIB’s evolving digital ecosystem.
Key accountabilities:
· Lead the development and governance of HTML‑based content across email, SMS, push notifications, and new digital channels.
· Architect and optimise dynamic, personalised content modules using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
· Collaborate with analysts, developers, and data teams to deliver innovative, data‑driven experiences aligned to personalisation goals.
· Translate campaign, product, and compliance requirements into content solutions that meet business and regulatory standards.
· Prepare and present complex content strategies and performance insights to senior stakeholders.
· Oversee testing, QA, and deployment processes to ensure high‑quality, insights‑driven execution.
· Contribute to content governance frameworks supporting AIB’s expanding digital engagement model.
What you Will Bring:
· 5+ years’ front‑end development experience with strong skills in HTML, JavaScript, and CSS.
· Extensive hands‑on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), including AEM Assets and DAM.
· Working knowledge of SQL and Photoshop (advantage).
· Demonstrated experience deploying campaigns via Email Service Providers.
· Knowledge of email performance metrics including deliverability, inbox placement, and open reach.
· Proven ability to build dynamic, data‑driven content.
· Passion for clean, maintainable code and strong attention to detail.
· Experience in regulated or product‑led environments (advantage).
