Human Resources Graduate Programme 2026

Location/ office policy:  Central Park, Dublin 18 - 3 days per week in office 

Start date: Monday 28th September 2026 

Starting salary: €34,500

What you’ll do 

As a HR graduate, you will: 

• Gain experience across key HR functions.  

• Support projects that enhance employee engagement and workplace culture.  

• Partner with stakeholders across the business to deliver people-focused solutions. 

• Help shape initiatives that support AIB’s commitment to sustainability, inclusion, and colleague wellbeing. 

• Participate in AIB’s structured Graduate Development Programme focused on personal growth, teamwork, and business impact.

 Entry Requirements: 

• Achieved or expected to achieve a minimum 2.1 Honours Degree (or equivalent for universities outside of Ireland) is a prerequisite for those joining the AIB graduate programme. 

• Candidates must be fully authorised to work in Ireland or hold a valid work permit for the full duration of the 23-month contract (September 2026 – August 2028).
