Location: Central Park, Leopardstown – Hybrid Working (3 days in office – Weds, Thurs & Fri)

We’re looking for someone who enjoys working collaboratively in a team, can manage tight deadlines with confidence, and takes ownership of their work. You’ll bring strong attention to detail and numeracy skills, along with a clear desire to grow your payroll career in a fast‑paced, busy, and supportive environment.

Role responsibilities include:

  • Accurate and timely processing of monthly payrolls for Ireland and the UK, in compliance with relevant legislation, Revenue/HMRC requirements, and internal policies.
  • Processing and maintenance of payroll data within the SAP payroll system in line with agreed payroll calendars and statutory deadlines.
  • Performing payroll audits and checks to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance prior to payroll sign‑off.
  • Responding to payroll‑related queries via the SAP CRM system, delivering a high standard of customer service in line with agreed SLAs.
  • Preparation and reconciliation of payroll control accounts, identifying and resolving discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Supporting payroll system testing and implementation of regulatory or system changes, ensuring payroll accuracy is maintained.
  • Maintaining accurate payroll records and documentation to support internal and external audits.

 

What you will bring: 

  • IPASS Qualified or equivalent payroll qualification.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ hands-on experience in payroll operations, ideally in a high-volume or complex environment.
  • A solid understanding of payroll-related employment legislation and regulatory requirements.
  • Working knowledge of Irish Revenue and UK HMRC payroll processes and procedures.
  • Strong numeracy skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to manage time effectively, prioritise tasks, and meet strict payroll deadlines.
  • A customer-focused mindset, with the ability to respond to queries professionally and clearly.
