As the environment in which we operate has changed dramatically in the past few years, we recognise that our culture too must change. Customers' needs are constantly evolving, new competitors are emerging and the regulatory landscape is always shifting – we cannot afford to stand still.

We are on the journey to reinvent AIB as a streamlined, technology-led bank that delivers consistently great customer service and is a great place to work.

We want to create a high performance culture and to do this we all need to be clear about where we're headed strategically and what's expected of us. We also need to have the energy and motivation to play our part so at AIB we place great emphasis on aligning people's objectives to the strategy, developing people leadership capability and improving levels of employee engagement by empowering individuals and teams to work their magic.
