Our Corporate Advisory team within investment banking advises on some of the most high-profile corporate transactions in the Irish and UK market, across M&A, Equity Capital Market (ECM), and strategic advisory mandates.

 

About the Corporate Advisory Analyst role

We are seeking a highly motivated Analyst or Executive to join our Corporate Advisory team, based in central Dublin. This role offers the opportunity to work on transformational deals, gain exposure to senior decision-makers, in private and public companies and develop expertise in the Irish and international capital markets, across a range of industries and sectors.

 

Corporate Advisory Analyst Accountabilities Include:

  • Support the execution of M&A, ECM, debt advisory and private equity transactions.
  • Prepare detailed financial models & valuations and pitch materials.
  • Conduct industry, market and company research to support transaction origination and execution.
  • Assist in drafting transaction documentation and liaising with clients, legal advisors, and other stakeholders.
  • Contribute to business development initiatives and participate in client presentations and meetings.

 

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

  • 1–3 years’ experience in corporate finance, investment banking, or related field.
  • Strong financial modelling and analytical skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation abilities.
  • Good business acumen and knowledge of Irish & UK corporate landscape and capital markets is an advantage.
  • ACA/ CFA qualification or progress towards same is desirable.
