About the Corporate Advisory Manager Role:
Our Corporate Advisory team advises on many of the most high‑profile M&A, ECM and strategic transactions in the Irish and UK markets. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a talented
Corporate Advisory Executive or Manager to join our Dublin-based team.
This is a chance to work on transformational transactions, collaborate closely with senior decision‑makers across private and public companies, and develop deep expertise in Irish and international capital markets across a range of sectors.
Corporate Advisory Manager Accountabilities include:
- Support the execution of M&A, ECM, debt advisory and private equity mandates
- Build detailed financial models and valuations, and prepare high‑quality pitch materials
- Conduct market, industry and company research to support deal origination and execution
- Assist in drafting transaction documentation and liaise with clients, advisors and stakeholders
- Contribute to business development efforts and participate in client meetings and presentations
Qualifications and Experience
- 3–5 years’ experience in corporate finance, investment banking or a related field
- Strong financial modelling and analytical capability
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
- Solid understanding of the Irish and UK corporate landscape and capital markets (advantageous)
- ACA/CFA qualification or progress towards same (desirable)
