About the Corporate Advisory Manager Role:

Our Corporate Advisory team advises on many of the most high‑profile M&A, ECM and strategic transactions in the Irish and UK markets. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a talented

Corporate Advisory Executive or Manager to join our Dublin-based team.

This is a chance to work on transformational transactions, collaborate closely with senior decision‑makers across private and public companies, and develop deep expertise in Irish and international capital markets across a range of sectors.

Corporate Advisory Manager Accountabilities include:

• Support the execution of M&A, ECM, debt advisory and private equity mandates
• Build detailed financial models and valuations, and prepare high‑quality pitch materials
• Conduct market, industry and company research to support deal origination and execution
• Assist in drafting transaction documentation and liaise with clients, advisors and stakeholders
• Contribute to business development efforts and participate in client meetings and presentations

Qualifications and Experience

• 3–5 years’ experience in corporate finance, investment banking or a related field
• Strong financial modelling and analytical capability
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
• Solid understanding of the Irish and UK corporate landscape and capital markets (advantageous)
• ACA/CFA qualification or progress towards same (desirable)
