About the Goodbody Graduate Programme

 

This is an exciting opportunity for graduates looking to develop a career in financial services industry and to join our high performing teams in our Dublin office on Dawson Street. During this programme you will have the chance to work alongside and gain experience from our teams of highly qualified professionals who have unrivalled experience within the industry.

 

For the 2025 – 2027 cycle we will have graduates working across our 3 business areas;

 

Investment Management (Asset Management and Capital Partners),

Wealth Management (Wealth Advisory, Investment Solutions, Financial Planning),

Investment Banking (Goodbody Clearstream, Corporate Advisory, Equity Capital Markets, Research, Fixed Income)

 

Graduates will have the opportunity to rotate at least once in the programme across business areas. Once in a business area, graduates will have the opportunity to work on various teams. From day one you will be a valued member of our team and will have the opportunity to work with team members of all levels supporting them in delivering successful outcomes for our clients.

 

You will be provided with support across the programme including a dedicated buddy, educational support as well as training in core competencies along with regular feedback and networking opportunities.
