About the Investment Solutions Analyst role

Based in our Dublin office, this permanent role is an exciting opportunity for someone interested in furthering their career in Financial Services and will offer exciting career potential within a dynamic and rapidly growing area of Goodbody's Wealth Management business. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, strong attention to detail, excellent time management/multitasking skills and a natural aptitude for numerical concepts. This is an excellent role for anybody looking for experience within an investment role with a natural pathway over time into research or financial sales.

Investment Solutions Analyst Accountabilities include:

• Responsible for ongoing management of client investment strategies, including performance analysis, portfolio reviews and input to investment advice and recommendations in line with the house view.
• Working closely with the Head of Investment Solutions, assisting with the preparation of tender documents, pitch materials, investment strategy documents and investment marketing material.
• Collaborating with our Research and Investment Selection teams to help create and manage bespoke investment strategies for ultra-high net worth investors and family offices.
• Liaising with stakeholders across portfolio management, analytics and research to create dynamic portfolio solutions for the firm's clients and prospects.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 1 years’ experience ideally in the financial services area.
• Third level qualification in areas such as finance, economics, statistics, business & project management is potentially suitable.
• No specific industry qualification required. Goodbody encourages and supports staff in pursuing further education associated with their role and overall career development.
• Strong Microsoft Office (Excel & Powerpoint) capability required. Advanced Excel skills and experience with VBA would be an advantage. Some previous experience using Bloomberg would be beneficial but not essential.
• Experience of or an interest in workflow automation would be useful.
