About the Quality Assurance Executive Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused professional to join our dynamic Client Support Services team as a Quality Assurance Executive. Quality Assurance Executive Accountabilities include:
- Coordinate the Quality Assurance Monitoring programme for our Client Support Services (CSS) Department.
- Conduct and record Quality Assurance Monitoring, via file sampling, file quality checking, suitability and appropriateness testing.
- Document QA activities & Audit Reports.
- Implement appropriate Management Information, at an individual, function, regulation and issue level to enable reporting of Quality Monitoring programme.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of testing processes, test cases, and test results.
- Prepare and present regular reports on testing progress, defect status, and quality metrics to management and stakeholders.
- Perform detailed Quality Assurance projects on a theme based where necessary.
- Assist in the on-going development of the CSS's policies and procedures, identify gaps, make recommendations for improvement and monitor compliance.
- Ensure that testing processes comply with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Assist in the various department wide regulatory projects, themed inspections, information requests.
- Participate in retrospectives and quality reviews to identify areas for improvement in testing processes and methodologies.
- Implement best practices and contribute to the development of quality assurance standards.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with all colleagues, in particular, with Compliance and Internal Audit Departments.
- Work closely with all stakeholders across the business to ensure a shared understanding of quality objectives.
- Foster a collaborative environment that encourages open communication and feedback.
Qualifications and Experience
- Proficient in Microsoft applications principally Word and Excel.
- Knowledge of Pershing system would be an advantage
- Candidate should have at least five year's financial services.
- Some experience with exposure to the MiFID, Client Asset Regulation, AML, and Data Protection is desirable.
