About the Wealth Associate role
There is an exciting opportunity to join our Wealth Management Services team in our Dublin office in a support role. This position provides the opportunity to gain full exposure to the Goodbody wealth management function and you will report to the Wealth Service Solutions Team Lead.
Wealth Associate Accountabilities include:
- Managing and effectively dealing with Client queries.
- Engaging with clients through multiple channels.
- Dealing with input and flow of data using multiple systems to support client requests.
- Engage with third parties acting on behalf of clients (accountants, advisors, and others) on account related queries.
- Addressing errors exceptions and issues to ensure an efficient and effective client experience.
- Collaborating in ad hoc projects as required by the organization.
- Work closely with other teams to ensure that client accounts are managed in line with client's mandate, objectives, risk profile and timeline.
- With support from Team Leader(s) develop specialist knowledge as required to deliver a high standard of service to clients.
Qualifications and Experience
- Third level qualification or, at least 12 months of full-time work experience in the financial services industry.
- QFA, APA, or Stockbroking qualification would be an advantage.
