About the Wealth Exeutive, Goodbody Wealth Management
We have an exciting client-facing opportunity for high performing professionals looking to further develop their career in Wealth Management.
As a Wealth Executive based in Dublin, you will play a key role in managing and growing relationships with highnet-worth clients and driving new business development. You will work in close collaboration with Senior Wealth Executives and a wider team of internal specialists within Goodbody to deliver exceptional wealth management services.
This role is designed for ambitious, high-performing individuals who can progress quickly as they demonstrate the capability, judgement and consistency required for the next level. Clear and structured progression opportunities are a core part of this role, with support from senior colleagues and leadership to enable career progression. We would expect strong candidates to build momentum quickly in the role.
You will report to the Senior Director, Wealth Management. This is a permanent, client-facing role in which you will help drive scalable growth while delivering exceptional client outcomes.
Wealth Executive Business Accountabilities include:
- Deliver a financial planning‑led advice and portfolio oversight for HNW clients
- Ensure service offering is suitable for clients. Ensure that client accounts are managed in line with client's mandate, objectives and risk profile
- Cultivate and strengthen trusted relationships with a diverse client base and business partners
- Build and maintain trusted relationships through consistent, high-quality interactions
- Provide compliant advice in accordance with CPC and MiFID II standards
- Conduct suitability and vulnerability assessments for new clients
- Deliver meeting packs, investment updates, attending client meetings and initiating annual client reviews
- Ensure robust record-keeping, complaint management, and adherence to training requirements
- Contribute to and increasingly lead growth initiatives to deliver ambitious revenue and asset targets, supported by a collaborative team environment and strong internal platform
- Contribute to new business origination through referrals, professional networks, and digital campaigns
- Represent Goodbody at client events and staff events
- Contribute to product innovation and commercial offering evolution
Qualifications and Experience
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in Financial Services with experience in wealth management and regulated advice.
- Proven track record in wealth management and managing high-net-worth client relationships
- A proven ability to meet demanding business development targets in a safe, well-assured and compliant way, where client interests are always prioritised
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Demonstrated business development skills and sales acumen
- In-depth knowledge of financial products and investment markets
Professional & Academic Requirements
The successful candidate will hold relevant third‑level and professional qualifications. The following are considered particularly suitable:
- Business, financial or investment‑related third‑level qualification and,
- QFA, CFP or hold the Registered Representative Examination/Certificate in Stockbroking
