Your next challenge

The Business Analyst will be involved in the following areas of activity:

  • Sales Pipeline Management (CRM) implementation and evolution within our front line business across Homes, SME and Consumer businesses. Working within our Business partners, we are responsible to ensure the continuous evolution of our Sales Pipeline Management Centre of Excellence
  • To ensure that the desired Customer & Business outcomes are evolved impacting system /procedure/process improvements, business operating model analysis, research assistance etc.
  • Detailed business requirements gathering & analysis including workshop facilitation, documentation and management of actions to completion
  • Liaising with the Retail Business and wider Bank stakeholder groups to define and document appropriate sales pipeline management business solutions.
  • Creating all business documentation to a high standard
  • Engage front line teams and stakeholders via communications, training and support adoption by managing project mailbox queries and data interrogation.

 

What you’ll need

  • 3+ years’ experience with a focus on projects involving complex requirements and collaboration across a wide range of stakeholders
  • A practical understanding of Change and Project Management methodologies is desired.
  • Knowledge of Sales Pipeline Management or CRM processes and platforms would be advantageous
  • Proven academic record (Business/IT qualification)
  • Be highly motivated and a self-starter with a professional and personable demeanour who can work on own initiative and in a collaborative team environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills, written and verbal communication skills
  • Experienced user of MS Office suite including Advanced Excel, Word, PowerPoint

Sales Pipeline Management (CRM) is a team within Business Transformation Function.  It collaborates very closely with out front line Customer Engagement Teams. A key focus of the team is to enable the evolution of our Sales Pipeline Management processes into a digitally enabled, agile and frictionless business model, covering our Customer Front Line Omni Channel approach, across Sales, Service & Credit. The function is a Centre of Excellence within AIB and is responsible for the evolution of our enabling, rolling out and the evolution of our end-to-end Sales process from Customer engagement across Leads origination to Application to improve customer experience and help drive lending growth.  This role holder will be required to play a key part in the delivery of this Teams agenda while ensuring that required change is fit for purpose across delivery channels and business areas to realise the desired business outcomes.
