We’re looking for someone who can:

  • Accurately & efficiently process monthly payrolls, both in Ireland and UK,  in accordance with Revenue, Taxation and internal policy guidelines in each jurisdiction
  • Process all payroll-related data on SAP payroll system according to agreed payroll schedule, and revenue and welfare deadlines
  • Audit payroll information to ensure accuracy and compliance with tax guidelines
  • Respond to customer requests through SAP CRM system, in line with internal SLA’s and customer service standards
  • Calculate monthly PAYE, PRSI, USC and net pay
  • Prepare and process monthly payroll data input to SAP to a high standard of accuracy
  • Reconcile payroll accounts
  • Conduct payroll system testing to ensure compliance with budget and regulatory changes

Our team

The payroll function delivers full end to end monthly payroll processing for a high volume customer base in Ireland, UK and for the retiree populations, including monthly and end of year filing to Revenue and HMRC.

 

The successful candidate will have responsibility for payroll input; the administration of the payroll; and also deliver day to day activities such as customer support on payroll-related requests.

 

 

This exciting role would suit an experienced payroll administrator with a minimum of 1 years previous experience operating end to end payrolls, and presents a great opportunity for personal growth and to learn how to operate ROI & UK payrolls on SAP technology.

 

You will need to show us that you have:                                           

  1. Minimum 1 years’ experience of running Payroll, with a good working knowledge of tax, pensions, and month-end account reconciliation. Candidates who do not have payroll experience but are studying IPASS and have other relevant experience will also be considered
  2. Working knowledge of payroll systems – SAP a strong advantage
  3. Customer service experience and focus on excellence
  4. Accuracy and attention to detail
  5. Excellent communication skills
  6. Good working knowledge of Excel and Word
  7. Ability to work as part of a team to strict deadlines
  8. Fluency in English
  9. Relevant qualifications to support the technical aspects of role, (iPass, HR or Accounting), is desirable.
