What is the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Arrears and Collections official to engage with and support retail customers in financial difficulty, implementing appropriate strategies to resolve their position. 

 

Key accountabilities;

  • Manage a portfolio of impaired or at-risk mortgage and personal borrowers to implement appropriate case strategies.
  • Demonstrate strong communication skills to handle both inbound & outbound customer phone calls
  • Work independently, overcome obstacles and escalate when appropriate.
  • Deliver high levels of professionalism and a strong customer conduct culture.

  • Achieve results consistently and resiliently.
  • Experience working in financial services or arrears management (desirable, but not essential).
  • Have a minimum of 5 GCSE's including English and Maths (A-C Grade).
