What is the Role:
As Mortgage advisor you will engage with customers in a professional and compliant manner to provide suitable mortgage advice to develop meaningful relationships with customers during the mortgage process, ensuring their needs are understood and met and that their mortgage journey is as seamless as possible. As mortgage advisor you will deliver on an exceptional customer experience resulting in mortgage customers advocating for AIB Mortgages.
Key Accountabilities.
- Identifying opportunities for improvement in processes, propositions and functionality based on feedback from customers
- Developing industry and competitor knowledge to become an expert in the field who adds value to interactions with customers and stakeholders.
- Build pipeline of leads from engagements with internal and external stakeholders and attendance at events.
- Submit mortgage applications for approval which are compliant with all policies and procedures
- Contribute to the UK Mortgages financial objective.
- Act as a member of the retail team, participating in all team activities and supporting more junior members of staff with training and coaching. more junior members of staff with training and coaching.
