Role: Financial Data Controller

Location: 70 St Mary’s Axe, London or 92 Ann St, Belfast

 

 

 

What is the Role:

The Financial Data Capture team inputs customer financial information into the Financial Data Capture Tool (“FDCT”).  The vacancy offers an opportunity to build expertise and key specialist skills whilst forging strong internal relationships.  The team is part of UK Operations team, an integral part of the UK Chief Operating Office, which plays a key role in supporting our customer facing colleagues to enable the business goals and strategies to be achieved.

 

 

Key accountabilities/responsibilities include:

- Timely and accurate input of annual accounts received from business teams to the FDCT for UK customers

- Timely and accurate population of other core Bank systems in line with UK Operations processes

- Collaborating with Business teams across the UK

- Strong communication skills and “can do” attitude.

- Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accurate records are maintained across all source systems

- Customer Centric focus

 

 

What you will bring:

- Minimum qualification of Finance or Accountancy Graduates who are studying for their ACCA qualification (at any level)

- Ability to deliver results in a challenging, varied & demanding role as part of a committed team

- Ability to demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and develop strong working relationships

- Strong analytical skills to consistently deliver a high standard of customer service
