What is the Role:

The focus will be on leading and coaching the team to maintain and grow business and income, develop talent, and maximize the use of digital intelligence and direct enablement to create capacity for customer engagements.

 

The role involves developing a culture of accountability and ownership, where learning and growth opportunities are encouraged and promoted. Additionally, the Branch Manager will support the community and key external stakeholders in the branch and assist colleagues and business across the Region.

Key accountabilities;

 

  • Coach, develop, and motivate the team to achieve branch goals, promoting a culture of high performance, positive engagement, recognition, feedback, and teamwork.
  • Lead, manage, motivate, and develop a high-performing team responsible for meeting key sales targets, People Management metrics, Risk Management metrics, and customer experience scores.
  • Maximize the use of digital capabilities and other key enablers within the branch to support quality customer engagements.
  • Support the customer engagement team in making every conversation count, with an emphasis on fostering staff curiosity and delivering quality customer experiences.
  • Drive productivity, efficiency, capacity creation, and service excellence within the Hub, focusing on ensuring accuracy of information and speed of delivery to provide exceptional customer experiences.
  • Demonstrate leadership by defining clear accountabilities, objectives, and personal development initiatives for all team members to support branch and local market objectives.
  • Plan, organize, and manage the team strategically and holistically, collaborating with Product Partners and Business Pillars to deliver business plans.
  • Engage with key stakeholders, KBI’s, and community groups in the branch and its wider environs, advocating for AIB and leveraging the full capabilities of AIB’s suite of supports including Homes/BBBN, CIB, etc.

 

 

 

What you Will Bring ;

 

  • Strong leadership, people management, influencing, coaching, and communication skills. Proven ability to build relationships internally and externally.
  • Ability to deliver on multiple business objectives and manage a growth agenda.
  • Competent in providing sales leadership support, setting clear performance expectations for sales and customer engagement.
  • Adaptable to change with a commitment to improving processes through technology and automation.
  • This MCC impacted role requires candidates to be accredited with at least 2 APA's, including APA Loans, progressing to full QFA.
