Role: Campaign Analyst – Personalisation, Data & Analytics 

Location/Office Policy:  Central Park, Leopardstown, Dublin/Hybrid

 

What is the role

 

As a Campaign Analyst, you will design, develop, and deploy customer communications to support business objectives. Working closely with campaign managers, content developers, and product owners, you will ensure customer interactions are seamless, accessible, and effective.

 

Key accountabilities;    

  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the organisation to deliver and optimise customer contact campaigns (inbound and outbound), supporting strategic and sales objectives.
  • Build and manage complex campaign requests, resolving data and technology gaps as needed.
  • Support a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging innovation and creative problem-solving.
  • Analyse campaign performance and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Ensure all activities comply with regulatory and compliance obligations.

 

 

You will need to show us that you have:

  • A bachelor’s degree (2.2 or higher), in the following disciplines e.g. science, mathematics, applied mathematics, physics, statistics, engineering, econometrics. (or equivalent degree plus relative experience)
  • 2+  years practical experience in the areas of Analytics and Financial Services, Marketing and Customer Contact, but experience in equivalent domains is also welcomed.
  • Experience and understanding of Marketing Analytics teams & Customer Engagement Channels delivering key strategic analytics projects in an environment that includes regulatory and compliance obligations when using data and contacting customers.
  • An approach that is highly numerate, and a passion about data and analytics.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL.
  • HTML experience, Template /content design and management for communications an advantage
  • Experience creating and presenting data output to business stakeholders
