What is the Role:

We’re looking for a detail-orientated and people-focused professional to join the Employee Onboarding team. In this role you will play a key part in creating a smooth and welcoming onboarding experience for new hires ensuring they have the tools, knowledge and support needed to succeed from day one.

 

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem solving, customer service and improving processes. If you’re passionate about creating a great candidate experience and helping new hires feel at ease, we’d love to hear from you!

 

Key accountabilities;

  • Taking ownership of your portfolio of candidates and collaborating with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure a seamless onboarding journey for new hires.
  • Ensuring all pre-employment checks for new employees are complete prior to the candidate commencing within the role. This will include verifying a candidates right to work, contacting references, completing regulatory checks, etc.
  • Supporting new hires and hiring managers by providing up to date and accurate information, and answering any queries they may have.
  • Collaborating with HR and other departments to enhance operational efficiency.

 

What you will bring;

  • Two years’ experience in a HR Admin or Customer Support role
  • Strong communication and problem solving skills, with a customer first mindset.
  • High degree of motivation and proven track record to delivering strong results, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously.
  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills with evidence of collaborating with colleagues to successfully deliver business objectives.
  • Solution focused with the ability to think beyond the confines of the job.
  • Proficiency in Excel and SAP is a plus.
