Our Strategy & Sustainability Team
Our team is responsible for Group Strategy and Group Sustainability. We help to deliver on a strategy centred on an informed view of our customers’ needs and anchored in a progressive sustainability agenda.
We are on a multi-year journey to build on recent progress and strengthen AIBs position as a leading European financial services group and leader in sustainability. We need a passionate and enthusiastic team to help us do so.
Our delivery model leverages a lean central strategy and sustainability team that works collaboratively with teams across the group, greening our business and embedding sustainable business practices into our business-as-usual agenda.

Entry Requirements:
- Achieved or expected to achieve a minimum 2.1 Honours Degree (or equivalent for universities outside of Ireland) is a prerequisite for those joining the AIB graduate programme.
- Candidates must be fully authorised to work in Ireland or hold a valid work permit for the full duration of the 23-month contract (September 2026 – August 2028).
Confirmation of these will be sought if successful for the role.
