This will be a fast-paced role and will require a strong self-starter with passion and energy to drive business performance.  The ideal candidate will need to have a flexible and agile mind-set in your approach to doing business and engaging with the market and colleagues.  

 

Key accountabilities:

 

  1. Delivers exceptional customer experience and advice, managing the mortgage journey including driving digital adoption and leveraging the full suite of AIB products, tools and services.
  2. Demonstrates an agile and flexible approach that best meets customer needs at a time and place that best suits them.
  3. Delivers Homes Business Performance as measured by drawdown numbers, new business written and conversion rates.
  4. Proven experience managing a sales pipeline and lead activity to support Business Performance delivery.
  5. Demonstrates the highest capability and standard in writing mortgage business aligned to Mortgage Business Approver. Ensures personal adherence to all relevant bank policies, procedures, AIB standards of credit management and excellence in Operational Risk Management, consistently demonstrating impeccable standards while maintaining/enhancing customer relationship.

 

 

 

What you will bring ;

 

  • QFA held (however if not fully qualified, a commitment to becoming fully accredited and qualified within 12-18 months)
  • Minimum 12 months experience in Mortgage advice or assessment
  • Track record of delivering a consistent level of exceptional service to customers
  • Proven track record to delivering strong results against agreed targets.
