Products, Retail has responsibility for our four core Product sets which include: Mortgage, Credit, Current & Deposit, and Payments & Cards. Products has a Group-wide remit and is a key enabler of customer centric propositions and the delivery of the bank’s Regulatory, Sustainment and Strategic agenda.

A vacancy now exists for a L1 role Junior Product Management Associate on the Credit Products team.
This role presents an exciting and challenging opportunity to join the Credit Products team, working closely with colleagues across AIB ROI and AIB UK including Legal, Risk, COO, CTO and Retail.
Key accountabilities:
- Support the team to manage end to end resilience and integrity of the suite of Credit Products, in line with Group Product & Proposition Risk policy.
- Champion a Customer First culture in support of our Purpose, strategic ambition and Brand Values, by ensuring processes and procedures consistently promote good outcomes for all our customers.
- Works with colleagues, other teams and internal and external stakeholders to ensure prompt action, e.g., to identify potential changes to product procedures.
- Works through set guidelines, liaising at times with product management and other experts to resolve problems, customer pain points, identify potential opportunities and escalates accordantly.
- Interprets, reports and communicates information within own Product function and informs other stakeholders as appropriate.
- Support the management of the assurance environment through co-ordination and delivery of regular assurance activity.

- A quick learner who can adapt to changing priorities and work within challenging deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Proven ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Have experience of applying policies and procedures relevant to their role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
