What is the Role:
We are currently seeking credit professionals with experience in credit analysis, cash-flow lending, and financial modelling to join our Corporate Banking team. In this role, you will contribute to the continued expansion of our business activities and the management of the existing debt portfolio.
Key accountabilities;
- Assist in performing commercial and credit analysis on potential opportunities, to include both qualitative and quantitative due diligence and appropriate financial analysis and stress testing.
- Assist in the preparation of comprehensive credit applications for presentation to Credit Committee.
- Participation in meetings & conference calls with customers and market participants.
- Assist in the on-going portfolio monitoring including timely review of financial / performance reports, and market trends / research that may impact the portfolio.
- Play a role in the execution of a strategic plan for the sustainment and growth of key business opportunities for Corporate Banking.
- Get involved in the management of the existing loan book and overall loan portfolio from a credit and risk perspective.

- Good credit assessment, credit management and cashflow lending skills
- Good analytical skills together with an ability to think and act laterally and creatively.
- Commitment to participating in maintaining strong relationships with existing clients through the provision of a first class quality customised service.
- An ability to work on own initiative and interact as part of a highly driven team.
- Experience in learning 'on the job' and a strong ability to use various systems in the management, analysis and use of data/information.
- Understand the lending process and that of reviewing and analysing the performance of a loan in line with the terms and conditions of the legal documentation/Loan Agreement.
