What is the Role:
A HR Specialist vacancy exists in the Group Reward Team. AIB Reward is responsible for the design, implementation and ongoing review of reward across AIB and provides direct support to the business, Human Resources and the Remuneration Committee on all aspects of reward.
Working within a core pillar of the Reward team—Fixed Remuneration, Variable Remuneration & Benefits, and Reward Strategy—you will apply analytical rigour, stakeholder collaboration, and process excellence to help shape a competitive and compliant reward offering.
This role offers an excellent opportunity for candidates with experience in Reward who can demonstrate expertise in total reward best practice, benchmarking methodologies, numerical and data modelling skills.
Key accountabilities;
- Provide input to the delivery of core reward processes;
- Prepare ongoing reports for internal and external stakeholders highlighting key trends and providing explanations;
- Provide technical advice and support to colleagues;
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulatory, legislature and governance requirements
- Coordinating with Third Party suppliers on renewals, submissions, implementations and escalations
- Provide input to the design and implementation of ongoing reward policy;
- Provide input to external reward surveys and interpret trends and movements in survey outputs;
- Interpret key external benchmark data as required by the business and the Remuneration Committee;
- Extract, analyse, model and interpret reward related to inform decision making
What you Will Bring ;
- Experience with annual reward processes.
- Experience analysing and using data to drive and deliver appropriate customer facing solutions;
- A proven ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to continuously drive change and improve processes
- A strong team player mindset are committed to being strongly customer focused while developing solutions and processes which are fit for purpose, cost effective and compliant with internal policy and external regulations
