What is the Role:

 

The role will be based in our London offices at St Mary’s Axe. The successful candidate will be responsible for administration, diary management and logistics for 2 members of the UK Senior Management Team. You will work closely with Senior Management to support them with the day-to-day requirements by helping them manage their workload and diary, organise their day and prioritise activities. You will work closely with their teams building a successful network and also collaborate closely with the other Executive EA’s.

 

 

Key accountabilities:

 

  • Diary management for two members of the UK Leadership Team
  • Organise meetings, travel and accommodation when required
  • Minute taking for Committee and team meetings
  • Work closely with the Senior Leadership team within UK COO and UK Risk to ensure effective running of the departments
  • Collaborate with your fellow Executive Assistants to always ensure effective cover.

 

 

 

What you Will Bring:

 

  • Ability to manage your time effectively dealing with competing priorities and organise workloads
  • Use Microsoft office applications to a good level
  • Have good written skills, able to take minutes to a good standard
  • Problem solve and anticipate administrative problems
  • Communicate clearly with various stakeholders.
  • Experience of banking would be an advantage.
