What is the Role:
To be part of the Branch Sales & Advisory Team, supporting the Branch Manager to achieve their business objectives.
Manage day to day customer requirements, working closely with various internal stakeholders to deliver the best possible experience for customers.
Under the AIB Digital strategy agenda, help our customers to make the transition to Phone and Internet and Mobile banking by driving usage of our Digital Agenda and supporting the customer through this.
Sales & Service Advisor plays a key role in our team to ensure AIB can deliver exceptional service to their customers each day
Key accountabilities:
- This is an MCC impacted role, therefore applicants must have minimum regulatory accreditation APA Loans and APA Savings & Investments with a view to attaining full QFA status in the near term.
- As a Senior Sales & Service Advisor you will advise on day-to-day sales and service queries.
- Proactively investigate and execute opportunities to enhance the customer experience and grow the business, adhering to all policies and procedures.
- Driving Digital Enablement for our customers to support the delivery of the business, whilst ensuring the highest quality customer and operational experience that clearly differentiates AIB from its competitors.
