Location:   Belfast / Hybrid working (on completion of initial training period).

 

 

This role is being offered on a permanent basis.

 

 

About the Role:

 

We are seeking applications from highly motivated individuals with a passion for engaging with and supporting retail customers who are in financial difficulty, to implement appropriate strategies to resolve their position. 

 

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Demonstrate strong communication skills to handle both inbound & outbound customer phone calls
  • Manage a portfolio of impaired or at-risk mortgage and personal borrowers and implement appropriate case strategies.
  • Work independently, overcome obstacles and escalate when appropriate.
  • Deliver high levels of professionalism and a strong customer conduct culture.

 

What you will bring:

 

  • Ability to work in a team.
  • Communicate with confidence to positively influence decisions and gain commitment.
  • Achieve results consistently and resiliently.
  • Experience working in financial services or arrears management (desirable, but not essential).
  • Have a minimum of 5 GCSE's including English and Maths (A-C Grade).
