Location: Hybrid model – AIB (NI) Belfast/Working from home.

The Role
Within AIB NI, we currently have opportunities within our Client Services Customer Management team. This role is in a fast paced environment where high energy levels and passion for delivering excellent customer experiences are a priority.

We are looking for someone who will:

  • Be part of a team responsible for operational activities for both business and personal customers.
  • Undertake the primary activities of the role including customer onboarding, Know Your Customer/Customer Due Diligence requirements and resolving customer queries.
  • Have an innovative approach to your role, always seeking ways to make improvements or suggestions to improve our overall customer journey.    


What you’ll need

  • Accuracy, attention to detail and ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Strong evidence of communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team in order to deliver superior customer service.
  • Previous banking experience including KYC knowledge and/or 6–12 months recent customer service experience would be advantageous.
