We’re looking for someone who:

Is self-motivated and talented Communications Executive to work with a dynamic team in leading our communications strategies. In this position, you will be in charge of producing high-quality content that engages customers and builds brand recognition and loyalty. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator, with brilliant presentation and organizational skills.

Accountabilities include:

  • Create informative, engaging and interesting customer communications material to enhance our customer journeys.
  • Plan and manage the design, content, and production of customer communications materials to be delivered through our various communication channels.
  • Develop and implement effective customer communication strategies that build customer loyalty programs, brand awareness, and customer satisfaction.
  • Chair Customer Communications Forum, engaging with different business stakeholders throughout AIB UK to generate new ideas and strategies to deliver the customer communication plan.
  • Represent Customer Communications team as subject matter expert on regulatory projects to guarantee all communications are appropriate and publication-ready
  • Create customer communication strategies for new products & services, launches, events, and promotions.
  • Respond to customer communication-related issues in a timely manner.

Does this sound like something that you want to be part of?

You will need to show us that you have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, public relations, marketing or relevant field.
  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role.
  • Proven experience creating targeted content is advantageous.
  • Strong knowledge of communication practices and techniques.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must be able to multitask and work well under pressure.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.

Please note: The Minimum Education requirements for entry to AIB is 5 GCSE passes (or equivalent), to include a pass in English and Maths. These 5 subjects must be achieved with a grade of A – C. Confirmation of this will be sought if successful for the role.
