This role is being offered on a permanent basis.

The successful candidate will be working on a customer focussed team, assisting with various processes throughout the department.  They will be part of the Customer Services UK team which manages a number of processes on behalf of our branch network.



We’re looking for someone who can:

  • Take ownership of assigned processes and complete end to end on completion of training.
  • Is flexible and willing to learn a number of different roles within assigned team
  • Communicate with ease and not afraid to express an opinion.
  • Operate within agreed Service Level Agreements
  • Work under pressure
  • Has an understanding of process improvement and the importance of it in an operations environment.
  • Build relationships with both the team and wider organisation.
  • Understanding of Risk and the importance of mitigating against these risks.

  • Proven experience In a Customer Service Environment
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • Ability to work on own initiative but also are a strong team player
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight timescales ensuring quality and accuracy.
  • Strong multi-tasking skills and attention to detail


Please note: The Minimum Education requirements for entry to AIB is 5 GCSE passes (or equivalent), to include a pass in English and Maths. These 5 subjects must be achieved with a grade of A – C. Confirmation of this will be sought if successful for the role.
