We’re looking for someone who:

Self motivated and talented to work within a dynamic team to shape our customer experience strategies. In this position you will need to use your strong analytical skills to study numerous sets of data such as customer satisfaction surveys, insight & research reports and complaints logs, drawing accurate conclusions and developing strategies to enhance the customer experience and satisfaction levels. You should have a blend of good writing, verbal and presentation skills to draft analysis reports with clarity and present statistical information in an easy to understand manner.
 

Accountabilities include:

  • Responsible for collating and analysing and correlation of  data, insights and research on our customers’ experiences.
  • Disseminate observations into digestible meaningful messages by customer segment and location, to key business stakeholders throughout AIB UK to assist with effective decision-making.
  • Plan and design customer strategies to be delivered through our various customer channels to improve the customer experience.
  • Monitor action and change initiatives for their impact on customer experience. Monitor changing consumer trends and impact on our customer experience strategies.
  • Help to develop communication strategies to manage conversations with our customers.

You will need to show us that you can/have:

  • Bachelors degree in business, management, marketing, economics or computer science or relevant field.
  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must be able to multitask and work well under pressure
  • Excellent organisation and leadership abilities

 

Please note: The Minimum Education requirements for entry to AIB is 5 GCSE passes (or equivalent), to include a pass in English and Maths. These 5 subjects must be achieved with a grade of A – C. Confirmation of this will be sought if successful for the role.
