Summary of the role

We are seeking highly-motivated people to join our Mortgage Team.

We are responsible for our customers Mortgage Journey from first enquiry right up until they get the keys to their new home and we do this through a variety of channels; our branch network, our Direct team and online. We are available to our customers through the channel of their choice and constantly strive to support our customer through social media, live events and workplace banking. This role is being offered on a permanent basis.

Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities

• Guiding and supporting customers from initial inquiry to drawdown
• Meeting and exceeding financial targets by converting leads into applications
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing customers
• Developing market knowledge and expertise on all mortgage products and related services

You will need to show us that you can/have:

• Demonstrate an agile and flexible approach that best meets customer needs at a time and place that best suits them
• Sales experience with a self-starting goal orientated mentality
• Be an excellent communicator and team player
• A strong commitment to quality advice and high standards of compliance
• Demonstrate and communicate market leading product knowledge in the areas of mortgages and regulation
• Be detail orientated with ability to manage portfolio of clients
• Hold a minimum of 2 years’ experience in providing Mortgage advice in Ireland
