Corporate Banking serves AIB’s large and medium sized business customers with a comprehensive product offering combined with deep sector expertise allows us to develop long-term, strategic relationships with our customers.


The Client Services Team forms a core part of the Corporate Banking Team. The core objective of this role is to act as a provider of service support for all corporate banking customers.


We’re looking for someone who can:

  • Support the delivery of branch operations/activities accurately and efficiently in a customer focused manner with frequent direct engagement with large Corporate Banking customers
  • Deal professionally and speedily with all customer requests & queries / assigned activities to deliver exceptional customer service and experience.
  • Work collaboratively with lending teams in Corporate Banking and other AIB internal stakeholders to ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Ensure accuracy of information and speed of delivery in order to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Completion of high quality outputs within agreed timeframes as measured by the Business Services.
