We’re looking for someone who:

  • Working with Consumer Strategy, Proposition & Enablement Team & wider Consumer stakeholders, understand the current AIB Consumer offering vs. current and future competitive set, determine where the Consumer business should be going and how it will get there to deliver against key customer needs and organizational targets.
  • Business & SLA Performance:
    • Develop presentations for various stakeholders analysing performance through a strategic lens
    • Ensures consistent delivery of reports, dashboards and data visualisations to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring the integrity of all data used in the key performance indicators.
    • Working with internal stakeholders (e.g. Data Analytics, Portfolio, Finance etc) delivers solutions to improve Consumer Banking insight, reporting processes and reduce information gaps across a number of headings (Market share, Income, Internal efficiency, Customer Experience, Customer Retention etc)
    • Understand & communicate potential “sources of business, income and cost” to Consumer team
    • Ensures management information availability and understanding from Consumer data to support the development of insight on current & future performance drivers/ barriers & current proposition performance versus SLAs
    • Uses the insight to help inform the Consumer Strategy work above and identify areas of focus

You will need to show us that you can/have:


  1. Excellent analytical skills with experience in understanding, analysing and interpreting data from a variety of sources (market, customer, operational, financial) and identifying key strategic insights
  2. Experience in navigating and using reporting tools as well as skilled in Excel and PowerPoint.
  3. First-rate communication skills in developing presentations and presenting out to a wide range of stakeholders
  4. Comfortable working with and influencing senior stakeholders.
  5. The ideal candidate has the following professional experience/qualifications:
    1. experience working in data analytics/ analysis role or
    2. experience working in a performance reporting role of a large organisation, ideally in financial services
