Summary of Role:

The Customer Credit History Operations Official under the direction of the Customer Credit History Operations Team Lead, Retail Governance, will support the team in the day to day provision of operational support to our colleagues on the Frontline.


The Group Customer Credit History Operations Team is also responsible for the rectification and remediation of credit history records where required, supporting c.1.5K queries per month and promoting awareness of upstream processes on customer credit history records.


At the heart of customer credit history is the customer, and this role will ensure customer credit data is accurately reported to the CCR to inform credit decisions to protect the interest of the customer, the bank and other financial institutions.


What you will be doing

  • Responsible for supporting c1.5K queries per month on Credit history queries, such as, PPSN queries, Bureau Customer Matching Queries, Ad-hoc Error queries, Customer Complaints Resolution including support of FSPO cases
  • Responsible for supporting error & data rectification & remediation
  • Ensure Group Credit Reporting impact awareness is communicated across the group to reduce the number of error rectifications
  • Represent the Group Credit Reporting area at internal forums
  • Support the Operations team Lead across internal and external engagements

You will need to show us that you can/have:

  • At least 2 years’ experience in an operations role delivering against SLA’s
  • Operational Process: Streamlining of processes and procedures.
  • Credit Data Knowledge: have an understanding or have had exposure to impacts customer credit system/ process can have on downstream data
  • Customer Support: Ability to support in the resolution of internal & external customers issues
