Location:  Currently in Adelaide Road (Dublin) will be relocating to Unit 33, Blackthorn Road, Sandyford, Dublin 18 in August


This role is being offered on a permanent basis.


Summary of the role

We are a large friendly team of professionals who play a significant role in backing our customers to achieve their dreams and ambitions. 

We journey with our customers through various stages of their financial lives such as document preparation, releasing funds and perfecting security for Mortgage, Business and Consumer lending across our three brands - AIB, EBS and Haven.  We continue working with our customers through various life cycle events from loan inception through to the final stages of their loan agreement with us, including releasing security.

Where would you be working?

  • The successful candidate will be placed within one of our Credit Service teams and receive full training and one to one support from the Team Leader and other experienced team members.
  • Roles will include:
    • Issuing documentation to Customers, Branches, and Solicitors etc.
    • Perfect and releasing security for AIB, EBS and Haven
    • Fulfilment and drawdown of credit facilities for Personal and SME customers
    • Pre drawdown review and approval of conditions prior to funds being issued for Mortgage customers across AIB, EBS and Haven
    • Issuing funds to customer and solicitors in line with procedures and conditions as outlined by the credit underwriters
