We’re looking for someone who:

We are looking for candidates to join our Banking Support Services Team in Customer Services AIB. This is an exciting and constantly evolving area where we handle customer payments. This involves reviewing signing authority, direct customer engagement via phone and verifying payment requests. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experience by ensuring all our customer requests are completed in the most efficient and effective manner.

The successful candidate will responsible for completing established procedures while also contributing process improvement ideas and following them through from end-to-end.
