Are you looking for an opportunity to learn how to help customers in financial difficulty? Do you have that natural phone manner?


We’re looking for someone who will:

  • Be the personal point of contact by phone, for our customers.
  • Contact customers in relation to account arrears. 
  • Answer their questions over the phone, quickly and efficiently in relation to their account.
  • Have the information to hand that they need.
  • Keep everything according to the rules and regulation we have to work under.

You will need to show us that you:

  • Communicate well when you talk to customers and write to them
  • Work through problems and solve them
  • Plan your work and decide what’s the first thing to do and the most important thing to do
  • Work on a shift covering 9am - 8pm Monday to Friday and one in every four Saturdays *shift rotation below


If you’ve worked in financial services before, that will help, but it’s not necessary.

We operate from the hours of 9:00-20:00.

Week 1 – Monday to Friday – 9.00 to 4.30pm
Week 2 – Monday to Friday – 9.00 to 4.30pm
Week 3 – Monday to Thursday 11.30am until 8.00pm ,Friday 10.00am - 6.00pm & Saturday 9.00am – 1.00pm
Week 4 – Monday to Thursday 09.00am until 5.30pm & Friday 10.00am – 6.00pm
