Are you looking for an opportunity to learn how to help customers in financial difficulty? Do you have that natural phone manner?

 

We’re looking for someone who will:

  • Be the personal point of contact by phone, for our customers.
  • Contact customers in relation to account arrears. 
  • Answer their questions over the phone, quickly and efficiently in relation to their account.
  • Have the information to hand that they need.
  • Keep everything according to the rules and regulation we have to work under.

What will you get? 

A fantastic foundation in the finance industry. We’ll train you before and during the job, during your first 8 weeks you will go through are local training programme and in addition to this you will be signed up to complete your APA qualifications, working towards your QFA (Qualified Financial Advisor) qualification. 

You can join our team without having experience of working in a bank. We have roles for people who want that first step in their career.

 

You will need to show us that you:

  • Work as part of a team
  • Engage well with customers
  • Focus on results
  • Communicate well when you talk to customers and write to them
  • Work through problems and solve them
  • Plan your work and decide what’s the first thing to do and the most important thing to do
  • Work on a shift covering 9am - 8pm Monday to Friday and one in every four Saturdays *shift rotation below
  • Have a minimum of five passes in the Leaving Certificate including English and Maths at either honours or ordinary level. We will ask you to prove these results.

 

If you’ve worked in financial services before, that will help, but it’s not necessary.

We operate from the hours of 9:00-20:00.

Week 1 – Monday to Friday – 9.00 to 4.30pm
Week 2 – Monday to Friday – 9.00 to 4.30pm
Week 3 – Monday to Thursday 11.30am until 8.00pm ,Friday 10.00am - 6.00pm & Saturday 9.00am – 1.00pm
Week 4 – Monday to Thursday 09.00am until 5.30pm & Friday 10.00am – 6.00pm
