Role Title: Enterprise Identity and Access Lead

Location: AIB, Central Park, Leopardstown, Dublin 18

Do you have a background in Identity and Access Management (IAM)?

Do you have experience in solution architecture and process management?

We’re looking for someone who:

• Process Oversight: Understand how all IAM processes fit together and present this overview to stakeholders. Ensure IAM processes align with the overall IAM vision.
• Governance: Own the IAM Governance schedule, manage inputs, meeting minutes, and track actions. Facilitate IAM questionnaires and surveys.
• Strategic Decisions: Make IAM-related strategy decisions based on a holistic view, considering audit findings, first-line assurance, and operational risk.
• First-Line Contact: Act as the primary point of contact for IAM queries from First Line Assurance, Operational Risk, and external auditors or regulators.
• Roadmap Alignment: Develop and maintain the IAM strategy and roadmap. Provide input on projects (e.g., IT PAM, SOD, SailPoint, CyberArk) by outlining requirements and prioritizing tasks based on the roadmap.
• Compliance Guidance: Ensure IAM applications comply with Information Security Standards. Manage release and change processes in line with changing laws and regulations.
• Budget Participation: Contribute to IAM budget decisions, aligning with the IAM roadmaps.
• Backlog Management: Handle outstanding requests and prioritize deliverables under the Identity Programme, including SailPoint.

You will need to show us that you have:

• Education: Holds a 3rd Level qualification in an IT-related discipline. 
• Experience: Has 7+ years working in the technology domain, with at least 5 years in an IT Security discipline.
• IAM Proficiency: Background in IAM, with demonstrated experience in identity solution architecture and process management.
• Security Knowledge: Possesses strong knowledge of security frameworks, best practices, identity security concepts, and open standards.
• Architectural Skills: Has experience creating reference architecture templates and patterns. Threat Awareness: Familiar with threat modelling.
• Access Management: Experienced with password vaulting solutions and account lifecycle management.
