We’re looking for someone who:

  • Can provide timely, expert advice and support to management and staff on all aspects of the Absence Management policy
  • Is keen and motivated to work in a challenging environment
  • Is solution focused, demonstrating excellent communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Has a high degree of motivation and strong results orientation with the ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously
  • Can effectively manage varied, occasionally complex sensitive cases, engaging key stakeholders ensuring end to end solutions

You will need to show us that you can/have:

  • Minimum of 2.2 Honours Degree or higher in a HR or related discipline.
  • 1+ years’ experience working in a HR related role would be a distinct advantage, ideally with exposure to Absence Management.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with a proven ability to influence at senior level
  • High degree of motivation and strong results orientation with the ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously
  • Working knowledge of employment legislation would be an advantage
  • Ability to work on own initiative and interact as part of a highly motivated team
