This role presents an exciting and challenging opportunity for a Business Change Manager, who has experience of working across Core Banking platforms in the industry, & wants to work in a dynamic workplace environment. This is a real opportunity to positively influence the direction and outcome of strategic change programmes through best in class design thinking and practices, working closely with colleagues across AIB ROI, AIB UK and EBS including Legal, Risk, COO, CTO and Retail. Experience in leading out a team previously is a must, & you will be expected to demonstrate excellent people skills and the ability to develop people.

 

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Build profile across the bank and become an acknowledged expert on AIB’s Core Banking platform
  • Work in collaboration with other Project Stakeholders on multiple transformational changes to ensure a quality delivery during the lifecycle of the project
  • Support the Business Change Manager in leading a team of analysts, ensuring that each change is aligned to AIB’s strategy and for defining business outcomes that yield strategic value for both customers and the bank.
  • Anticipate problems/issues, take necessary actions and manage conflicts through effective stakeholder management
  • Facilitate workshops with Business sponsors, Senior stakeholders, Business SMEs, Technology and Architecture Teams  as part of the project lifecycle
  • Ensure engagements are aligned to the defined Delivery Framework and project deliverables are of high quality

You will need to show us that you can/have:

 

Proven Business Change Management skills with 3+ years of experience in Core Banking.

2 – Evidence of excellent relationship management skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all   levels within the organisation in order to support & deliver change projects

3 – Demonstrate an ability to influence and negotiate effectively

4 – Excellent verbal & written communication skills

5 - Ability to handle projects with multiple work streams, with evidence of proven leadership over a wide variety of business problems, in a fast paced business environment
