Summary of role:
The Change Operations team is tasked with driving the banks project & Change agenda, ensuring the right projects are delivered in the right way. AIB has a significant change agenda delivering on Strategic, Regulatory, Transformative and Sustainment objectives for our customers, staff and key stakeholders. We are looking for Change Practioner to join our Change team & support us in ensuring change is optimally delivered and governed in line with agreed methodologies and best practices from initiation right through to benefits realisation.
Your role will be part of the AIB Change Team who provide Project Management capabilities to the organisation. The Change team operate to a defined Project & Change Management Methodology and is comprised of AIB staff, strategic partners and contract staff working together in a dynamic and fast-moving environment. You will use AIB’s Project Management practices and processes to deliver projects successfully, on-time, to budget and to a high quality.

You will need to show us that you can/have:
- 1 + years’ experience
- Support the development and on-going maintenance of an overall project/programme plan and roadmap.
- Track and update project change requests, issues, risks and dependencies, engaging with stakeholders to ensure actions are completed and current project status is accurately reflected.
- Co-ordinate internal and external communication to relevant stakeholders to enable efficient two way flow of information within and outside the project team.
- Document project progress for steering and other stakeholders – including status, risks, costs and benefits. Provide updates on key project metrics to enable overall AIB project reporting to senior management and the Leadership Team.
- Execute project financial activities including :
- payment of invoices
- tracking of project spend
- forecasting
- tracking of programme resource utilisation
- variance analysis
- working with the CoE to ensure alignment with financial and investment planning
- Day to day support of Project, Programme Manager or Portfolio Manager.

Minimum Criteria: Please note that the following criteria form the basis of your answers on the application form.
- 3rd level qualification/professional membership
- PM qualification preferable
- Strong communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to plan, prioritise and execute project activities in a timely manner
- Some experience of working in a project or technology related environment
