Summary of role:

This position will develop industry leading innovative propositions for identified segments across our three Brands and various channels - using rich customer insights and analysis.  This will ultimately drive revenue, market share and NPS improvement.


We’re looking for someone who:

  • Can support the Head of Proposition Design in ensuring our initiatives are designed with using tangible customer insights and creative thinking - that once launched, will delight our customers and ultimately win in the market.
  • Will support the delivery of an exceptional go-to-market customer experience with a particular attention on the customer journey via our channels.
  • Can build effective stakeholder networks with our colleagues in Strategy, Marketing, Products, Finance and the front line to form an aligned approach and support for our initiatives.
  • Is competitive and understands the importance of continuous competitor and market monitoring and analysis – both nationally & internationally.
  • Proactively seeks out research and analysis of emerging customer needs, behaviours & trends and find solutions that answer these.
