Business Banking Team in Corporate, Institutional and Business Banking


This role is being offered on a Permanent basis.


Are you passionate about building enduring relationships with business customers - helping them to grow and expand?


The New Business Team Dublin & East covers all of Area Dublin together with Kildare, Wicklow and Meath. We work on new lending opportunities in the €2m+ space, taking a sectoral approach to business development working with existing customers, new to bank customers and business introducers across our region.


We’re looking for someone with:


  1. Proven origination, negotiation, evaluation and structuring skills for new Business funding opportunities
  2. Strong customer relationship management experience to include commercial negotiation, portfolio management, risk management and business development.
  3. A proven ability to build and develop strong and collaborative relationships
  4. A consistent track record of delivering business targets – including new business acquisition.


Minimum competency requirements include Qualified Financial Advisor and Third Level qualification in a relevant discipline.

  3. Relationship Management - Cultivates and maintains business relationships, partnerships and alliances internally, externally and virtually with key stakeholders.
  4. Business Acquisition and Development - Proactively identifies potential customers and builds a healthy pipeline. Converts pipeline, focusing on tailored customer needs. Nurtures relationships and builds value to develop and grow customer accounts.
  5. Collaborates - Building partnerships and working collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives.
