Business Customer Advisors and Sales & Advisory teams play a key roles in supporting this vision.

Your focus will be to manage the Sales Performance, Service Quality, Digital Enablement & Change agenda with particular emphasis on SME to support the delivery of the business plan, whilst ensuring the highest quality customer and operational experience that clearly differentiates AIB from its competitors. We are available to our customers through the channel of their choice and constantly strive to support our customer through social media, live events and workplace banking. You will be expected to play an active part in the Dublin Local Market.

 

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Customer Focus: Champion a Customer First approach to support our Purpose, Ambition and our Values, by ensuring processes and procedures consistently promote good outcomes for all our customers. Build Strong Customer relationships and deliver customer-centric solutions.
  • Drives Commercial Outcomes: Lead and Coach a Branch Sales and Advisory team to achieve income and sales objectives, with particular emphasis on  SME, Personal and Wealth segments of the business. Focus on building awareness of our Digital capability enabling customers to self-serve, whilst also maximising our own internal enablers to create greater capacity for Customer Advisory & Support.
  • Collaboration: Work collaboratively with all areas of the business to meet shared objectives, and build relationships with existing and potential SME customers to generate profitable business and secure future income streams. 
  • Leadership: Operating effectively even when things are uncertain or the way forward is not clear. Lead a culture of open communication and staff engagement. Prioritise developing others, taking action to guide team members to broaden their skillset and perspective.
  • Accountability: Hold self and others accountable to meet commitments. Act with a clear sense of ownership and communicate with clarity and conviction. Take personal responsibility for decisions, actions and failures, ensuring you Own the Outcome. Sustain a strong culture of compliance, adhering to Operational, Credit & Risk policies and procedures displaying AIB Leadership Behaviours at all times

 

 

What you will bring:

  1. Strong leadership, people management, influencing, coaching and communication skills. 
  2. Proven ability to build strong internal and external relationships.
  3. Demonstrated ability to deliver on multiple business objectives, managing and developing a business growth agenda.
  4. Ability to demonstrate competency in providing sales leadership support to a team ensuring all members are clear on performance expectations in relation to sales and customer engagement activity.
  5. Demonstrated ability to adapt to change with commitment to improving current processes through use of technology and automation.
  6. This is an MCC impacted role and applicants must be accredited with minimum of 2 APA’s to include (APA Loans) with progression to full QFA.
