Role Title: Service Delivery Specialist, Life & Insurance - Retail Wealth

 

Location: As part of our Hybrid Working model, this role will include a blend of remote and on-site working in our Central Park Leopardstown and / or Molesworth Street Dublin 2 office locations.

 

About the Role:

AIB are looking for a Service Delivery Specialist reporting to the Head of Partner Service Delivery for Life & Insurance. The Partner Service Delivery team is a small team providing support to the 2 Partner  Management Teams (Life and Insurance) in managing the delivery of Life and Insurance products & propositions to our personal customer base.

You will be responsible for fostering strong relationships with our strategic partners and supporting the day to day operational functions of the business. The role will also support the wider Sustainability & Customer / Digital evolution agendas.

 

We are looking for someone, who can:

  • Co-ordinate and liaise across multi-organisational teams to enhance our end to end service delivery, through compliance monitoring,  and Product risk management principals.
  • Support the integrity of the products with our partners to ensure that products and processes are compliant, robust and in line with best industry standards.
  • Provide support to the wider Life & Insurance teams on regulatory and change projects.
  • Support in resolving queries, complaints, or errors from internal stakeholders and strategic partners quickly and efficiently.
  • Ensure completion of regular operating tasks within required timelines.
  • Work with the Life & Insurance teams to assess and implement any design changes to the business  operating model in conjunction with other relevant internal partners to ensure we have the most effective and efficient operating model.
  • Support the wider teams with varies governance activities with an emphasis on assurance and operational excellence.

 

 

Minimum Criteria

  • Relevant experience that can demonstrate an intuitive understanding of commercial operations management in the Life and/or Insurance industries (2 years+).
  • Experience and understanding of the regulatory and compliance environment within the Life and / or Insurance Industry.
  • Experience of building and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders and business partners.
  • Proven ability in supporting the delivery of continuous improvement and customer focused solutions with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
