Technology Partner Manager

 We’re looking for someone who:

  • Aligning priorities between AIB and the IT Partner(s)
  • Ongoing management of Partner relationships, contractual obligations, performance and risk management
  • Measuring and reporting of Partner portfolio 
  • Effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to drive key outcomes and continuous improvement
  • Manage within a coherent organisational structure, governance, policy & risk framework
  • Resolution and ownership of all contractual disputes as well as ensuring all payments are in line with contractual commitments
  • Co-ordination of the rolling demand forecast ensuring that the strategic relationships with Commercial and Operational Governance of agreed Partners and ensuring the proper commercial controls are in place for AIB and sourcing operations.
  • Driving behaviours which enable overall maximum value creation delivered to the business

Reporting to the Head of Partner Portfolio, the Technology Partner Manager is a key member of the Partner Management Team. The successful candidate will be directly responsible for AIB’s relationship with a defined number of IT partners, the respective IT partner management strategies and the day to day governance of the partners.

You will need to show us that you can/have:

  • 5-10 years’ of management experience operating in a supplier/partner relationship  
  • Successful management of large scale outsource contracts with off-shoring service provision
  • Proven management and leadership skills with the ability to interact, converse and share innovative ideas effectively with colleagues and partners at all levels of our business
  • Large-scale IT programme delivery experience with partners and contract structures 
  • Excellent project lifecycle, service management and IT quality and risk management methodology experience (eg: ITIL, PMP, Prince 2, PMBOK, Cobit)
