The ‘Vendor Management team’ is part of FSG Business Services. The team manages the relationship between AIB FSG Partner Services and a Third Party vendor. Specifically the team is tasked with driving value, innovation and high performance from the outsourced services.

The Vendor Change Manager is the point of contact for change initiatives with a key role of coordinating the Change Process by supporting Partner Services module SMEs.

The Change Manager works closely with key stakeholders both within AIB and the Third Party Vendor to ensure that all change initiatives assigned are designed, user acceptance tested and delivered within required timeframes in line with business requirements and that the business is ready to accept same.

 

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Assessing requests for contract or operational changes as they occur ensuring any proposed changes are as per Change Procedures, including completion of pre-defined templates, impact assessments, adherence to delivery timeframes and the approval process.
  • Ensuring that the impact of the changes are documented appropriately and any proposed changes are reviewed by the Governance, Assurance and Change (“GAC”) team, prior to the approval of the proposed change.
  • Tracking the status and preparing summary (RAG) reports of any operational or contract changes.
  • Ensuring that all aspects of the Operational Procedural Framework are maintained as any changes, projects are implemented.
  • Resolving any issues escalated in relation to changes.
  • Continuously reviewing AIB’s responsibilities in relation to any changes, particularly from an IT perspective, which may impact service delivery or the terms of the Master Service Agreement (MSA).
  • Ensuring supplier’s alignment to contractual obligations across the MSA.
  • Ensuring that the deliverables from each module/functional area with regard to supplier’s inputs to the various reporting packs are to the appropriate levels of quality, and are delivered in accordance with internal pre-agreed timelines to facilitate internal review prior to submitting to the various governance meetings as outlined in the MSA

You will need to show us that you can/have:

  1. 3+ years Project Management experience – strong practical understanding of Change and Project Management
  2. Proven Strong Stakeholder Management experience with a focus on collaboration across a wide range of stakeholders
  3. A good understanding of project process, systems and data concepts – experience in the use of process mapping software is a key requirement.
  4. Possess strong written and verbal communication skills as well as an experienced user of MS Office suite including Advanced Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  5. Possess strong organisational and time management skills; ability to manage multiple and conflicting priorities

 

Please note: The Minimum Education requirements for entry to AIB is 5 passes in the Leaving Certificate (or equivalent), to include a pass in English and Maths. These must be achieved at either Ordinary or Honours Level. Confirmation of this will be sought if successful for the role.
